MemberScott S3 906 4 piece, and S3 904 4 piece, with floating and sinking lines and a Sage 893 4 piece. I don’t have a short rod now, but I am looking. I have a S3 8 weight that I hope to beat up on some Stripers soon.

Dunfly I’m interested in your 7′ St. Croix built from a spin blank.

Bob RigginsMemberDunfly I’m interested in your 7′ St. Croix built from a spin blank. Do you know exactly what blank was used? I’ve been wanting to do something like that for a while but haven’t quite gotten around to researching appropriate blanks yet.
I think I have the specs on the rod at home somewhere.

MemberT & T LPS9033 for most of my tailwater fishing because I enjoy fishing midges so much. But, for the times I need something practical and versatile I go with a Fly Logic FLO+9053–it is pretty good at turning over a wide variety of leaders and flies.
I built the following rod a few years ago and use it pretty often. It is an oddball taper, a 7’6″ 6wt. It is pretty easy to pick out my mistakes from the picture, but it is a sweet casting rod and isn’t hampered at all by my ineptitude.

MemberThanks Dunfly, yeah if you can get the exact specs on it when you get back home I would be very interested in hearing them.
