Big Brother is not just after striper fisherman….Us Waterfowlers have had to register with the (HIP) Harvest Info Program every year.

I Blanked today with the fly rod and I witnessed my friend take three coho’s with a mepps Brass No. 2 spinner here in NW Indiana.. Any one have a coho fly? 😉
