    Is the Lamson Guru too heavy for the fiberglass Butterstick? I have the Lamson Guru 1 and fish it on a 6′ 6″ St. Croix Avid and was hoping that I could use it on this rod as well. I also have and Orvis Battenkill I could use.

    Why do you not have a 4 wt. in your arsenal? Just curious??

    I believe I am going to go with the Guru. Now, I have an 8′ 6″ St. Croix Avid 5 Wt. Should I be getting the Guru1.5 or the Guru 2? No fly shops carry them near me so I would have to order online.
