    Carter- Is it protected from the wind when in/on your kayak?

    Carter,

    I think you’re right, the one I’m thinking of had cones instead of the fingers this one has.

    On a somewhat related note- I took the elastic waistband from an old pair of Patagonia waders for my LL Bean stripping basket, and I often swing it around to my hip- the elastic belt makes it comfortable pretty much anywhere.

    thats a good idea, I think I’m going to do that on the homemade stripping basket I’m using to fish the jetties right now.
