i haven’t used my snow shoes in 3+ years here and had them sent to our condo in breck (where the wife and her fam are now)its 34 and rainy here

The airs clearer and crisper (pardon the pun). Seriously theres no or little atmospheric interference or haze. I love winter shooting, just wish I could get winter light without the winter cold
🙂Upto 4 species of Owls so far this winter. Saw-Whets, Long Eared, Snowy and a first for me a Boreal Owl. With luck if we can find it I’ll get a Northern Hawk Owl this weekend as well.

Being a photographer, and making a comment like that, I would expect to see some images of the fine Australian beaches, plus whatever may choose to grace them with their naked presence. Just a thought.

40c is 110F – I have the heating on here tonight, three days ago the garden was scorched.
