The Itinerant AnglerThis morning Lauren and I were out taking more shots (the fires in the Okefenokee Swamp are causing the morning light to refract and not look its best, so I’m still not done.

MemberThat sounds pretty crazy! Hopefully you caught some fish, would hate to think they’d a cast spell on you to keep you fishless! 😀
JHPS. Thanks for sharing all the photos, looking forward to reading the article someday.

John BennettMemberNice shot and very strange Zach. Live sacrifices on the water might make one think twice about fishing there at dawn/dusk alone. That said, it might have been worth your time to collect a few feathers from said sacrifice afterwards. Who knows, they may have made for some killer flies.

MemberThe part that bothers me is the check list, and the fake flowers…kind of takes the magic out of it.

MemberGota love that third world country atmosphere on a Trout Stream in America. Better get used to it…. I would have called the police or the game warden or both.

MemberI’m with you, I’d probablly get a good laugh and not be uptight about it either if they picked up and I wouldn’t go all PETA over the rooster if they ate it…. Â but Zach’s claiming they threw everything, including the rooster, into the river when they were done. Â Kind of trashy so to speak.

MemberBut… Was the roosters cape worth anything? 😉
