Vest suggestions

I have decided to ditch my Fish Pond Open Range pack and go back to a vest. I used it for an entire season and really tried to like it, but just couldn’t get used to it. Way too much bulk sticking out the front, I couldn’t reach into the back pouch to get my water bottle out while wearing the damn thing and there are no small pockets up front for often used items like shot and tippet. I gave my trusty old vest to my buddy who really needed it and I am now in the market for a new one. I am leaning towards an LL Bean Magalloway. Anyone have another suggestion for a good quality vest under $100.00? Anyone want to buy the Open Range pack?
Oh, and her parents are Brad and Renee Holt; the Holt and Holt Real Estate office on the old way into town from 412 is her grandparents’ office.

Hi Lucky! Zach suggested I check up on this thread – small world. I had a great time working with Liz – the bakery wasn’t nearly as fun or exciting the next summer! Tell her hi for me.
I’d definitely be up for a fishing trip the next time we’re in town, and hopefully you can get Liz to come too.

Liz and I would love to get in some fishing when you guys are in the area.Lucky, the vest is universal size with adjustments all over the place. It really is very good quality and is nice looking. It is on ebay right now and you can proabably grab it for less than half retail, which was $140.00.
Cameron, I would prefer a classic style vest and not mesh. I fish hard in the fall, winter,early spring and only mess around in the warmer months on some ponds. My only real requirements are that it has to hold a ton of stuff.
