How about recording while you are actually fly fishing…or guiding someone…floating and rowing a scenic river with angler working the water…your comments while on the water…etc…
How about a podcast or two at noteable fly shops that you frequent.
Everyone on the list has industry sponsors, they already get paid to talk about fly fishing by some company. Interview them over the phone to keep cost down.
Maybe you could pick up a sposor for your podcast to help cover costs or ask for a small monthly donation like the guys on Fly Fish radio do. The great thing about a podcast for someone in the industry to participant is that a 100% of the audience is their potential customer base and they get to talk about fly fishing. The thing that might run into money might be bandwidth. There is a company that host for 5.00 a month for unlimited bandwidth.
I would like to know more about where TFO is made. Is it all in China or somewhere offshore,is anything done in the USA aside from sales? I like many people have stong feelings about outsourcing to China and India for many reasons. Maybe he could explain why I should buy his product because currently anthing thats made in China and India is a no buy as far as I an concerned.
Well I suppose South Korea is somewhat more acceptable than China with all its attendant problems. Hopefully there will always be great rodmakers to support here.
