    I have heard that a ton of people have trouble with this knot and its easy to see why. But hopefully this will help.

    Peter,
    I picked up a couple tips from the video, the only criticism I had was that a lot of the action took place above the camera out of view at least with the screen on my iPad anyway. Also I think you had something other than coffee in that cup..

    You are correct sir, I was drinking earl grey. I will likely redo the video
