    It’s meant for my family Thanksgiving this Thursday but I feel like I need to at least cut into it tonight and see how I did. I suspect the cut of pork I used was a little too fatty.

    Something about the “hand” and “sausage” reference doesn’t sound right. You’re quite the butcher lately. Have a great Thanksgiving.
