I’m no expert at throwing into the wind either, Eric, though I was getting it done ugly by the end of the week.
Of course I’m messing with you but what I’m getting at is the problem is your fault for letting the line sink to the bottom, not the manufacturer’s…

Eric, that’s a great tip. I was taught that a little while back from an excellent caster while casting for distance. It really helps to throw some extra line, and although I’ve never fished in the salt, I imagine it would be perfect to add a little punch in those wind conditions. Awesome photos too, by the way!
