    Hello everyone.

Great site! Another member here turned me onto this place, since then I’ve been lurking quite a bit. My name is Bryan. Lets see… I can’t really think of anything witty or cool to say about myself, so here are the basics.

I fish as often as I can and take pictures while I’m out (hoping one will be in focus) The wee hours of the morning my time is spent in a battle of wits with Photoshop, which I usually loose. The Photoshop thing is an entirely new world to me, although it’s pretty cool and I like the artsy fartsy stuff but beyond the basics, I’m lost. Then I attempt to write about it on my blog.http://utahcutthroat.blogspot.com/. I’m really not into the work thing but I do that as well… when I have to.

I am really interested in constructive criticism!  As I am certain that you all know friends and family will always say good things…but that doesn’t really help now does it.  My skills on all levels of photography and writing need help and I’m OK with that. At this stage I’m learning everyday, these discoveries help me to progress and the consequence keep’s me interested- besides it’s really fun.

I’ll make an attempt to post photo TR’s for your amusement here and there and to gain feedback. I’d like to say that I have a ton to contribute on these aspects but I suspect that I’ll be learning from most of you, hope that’s OK, thanks in advance.

    Cool Brian…
I checked out your blog and was amazed that sitting here at my desk in OZ I instantly recognised the mountainside in the background of the shots of you and the big guy….. well done.
I fished that run & on down to the lake in July with only modest results, but I clearly remember the trees on the bank and the slip on the mountainside that forms the backdrop.
I guess it really sticks in my memory as we have nothing like that sort of landscape here and I really enjoyed the few days I spent on the Madison…….and you have brought it all flooding back…thanks
