Anbody have a favorite camping site in the Tellico area?
Any preference on the North River vs. the Bald River?
North River is my favorite although high up on the Tellico can be fun. There are camp sites on both up high. I recommend picking up a map from Amazon.
You can PM and I can give some details.
I had a partial green light to do a cast and blast article up on the Tellico for wild trout and grouse but I wasn’t able to get the event together.
If by “working out,” you mean pictures of both caught trout and shot grouse, well, I’m not that experienced in grouse, and maybe your success around here is better than I’m used to hearing about, but I’m thinking for the “blast” half, you might want to make sure you’re covered on the “joys of the experience.”
