    Hi Allyn,

    If you want to make close-up foto’s you’ll need a macro lens. They aren’t cheap but they can double as a great portret lens! Nikon has a 60mm 2.8 and a 105mm 2.8. I have added some pics taken with the 105.

    That Olympus Stylus most likely has a macro mode (it will be a flower petal).
