Joel ThompsonMemberHey All!
We did a recent trip in to Slough Creek as might have read in the recent post by Zach. It was pretty cool that we ended up being able to some beers with Zach and Ian. What are the odds? Anyhow I wanted to share with everyone here the write up and pictures that fellow board member, Ed Felker posted on his blog. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did. It was a great trip and I think Ed captured it well in both his words and pictures. You can read and see it here.

There were about 10 in the group we saw; maybe the bears thinned them out? 😉

MemberThanks Joel,
I’ve been blessed to visit the 2nd meadow on 4 different trips to Yellowstone, looking forward to trip #5 next year.
There are not many weeks go by that I don’t tell my fishing bud, wish we were in the 2nd meadow

John WilliamsMemberAwsome report/article!
I am aching for a MT back country fix, even if it means almost getting run over by the wagon going to Silver Tip.

Holy crap! I need to learn how to write. Sorry for all the missing words. I tweaked my back pretty bad on a river trip I had the other day and am on muscle relaxants. Guess it affected that big muscle between my ears…
