    which of the sage rods[being made now] is closest to the rpl ?

    Bill –

    You probably know this but the VPS line was very close to the RPL; that’s my understanding anyway.

    The VT2 is essentially an RPL in newer colours and fittings.

    You can judge a man by the size of things which annoy him.

    I agree too. Got a friend that has an RPL and it casts pretty similar to my Launch. But with nicer hardware.
