Save yourself some money, go to dick’s (or other sporting goods store) and pick up a canoe dry bag.

David I’ve held it and fondled it but I’m still using the Simms boat bag, 4th season, still no leaks… If the Sage bag was on the pro deal I’d be owning it right now. It’s pretty awesome.

ditto what mike said $225 would buy a great divider from Patagonia. It doesn’t have the bells and whistles but it is uber waterproof and durable

I have the boat bag in question and did a video review of it a few weeks ago on my site.  You can see the video here.

I won’t have any qualms about putting some of my camera gear in it when fishing out of a buddy’s boat.

I would had the Patagonia bag long ago if it was wider, I have the Sage bag riding in passenger seat (sitting in line at school), will give it a weeks workout next week on White & Buffalo rivers, give my opinion after I return.

Mike have you had any issue with the zip on your Simms bag?

    Not yet Simon.
