Rod/Line Matchup Question

Hey guys – question for the experts.
I’m taking several folks fishing this weekend, and I’m scraping together a couple “spare” rods to have on hand in case of an equipment failure.
In truth you can match any rod with any line within about 2 sizes up or down and have a fishable setup, if the fisherman can already cast.
