    I’m going to purchase one of the following rods: G. Loomis GLX Presentation 9′ 5wt or Winston LT5 8’9″ 5wt.

    Have you cast the Loomis GLX in the “High Line Speed” action rather than the Presentation?

    I have a GLX HLS 5wt and it is one of my favorite rods.

    I used a 5 piece LT 5 weight for 7 or 8 years and my son has it now. It has to be one of the best rods made.

    I may not like the direction where Winston is going as a company right now…but the LT series of fly rods are really sweet sticks.
