Recommendations for the Maryland area

I’m going to be in Marlboro MD next week and was hoping to get in a day of fishing. Marlboro is west of and not far from Chesapeake Bay. (Southeast of Washington DC and Southwest of Annapolis)

Can anyone recommend a guide in that area and what species might be best to go for at this time of year?

I’m open to both saltwater and freshwater ideas.

This time of year I’d find myself fishing Big Hunting Creek (BHC) which is a tailwater near Thurmont for half a day and then the native brookie streams that feed the lake where BHC starts. The leaves will be changing.
