    I decided to try tying some Rangeley-style feather wing streamers recently using Partridge CS15 Carrie Stevens streamer hooks. Kind of fun for a change and hopefully they will capture the attention of some of the bigger salmo truttas this Spring.

    Anyone else tying feather wing streamer patterns on long streamer hooks?

    I had been thinking of whipping some of these up, this may have just pushed me over the edge. Great flies!

    Those look great. I have been tying and using the Rangley style streamers here in Alberta for a few seasons now. They seem quite effective anywhere trout swim.
