Just wanted to send some kudos Scott’s direction. I’m kind of a picky pain-in-the-ass, and have sent in several rods this year for various adjustments, minor repairs, etc. Each time, they have gotten the rod fixed to perfection, back to me very quickly, and, the few times they charged me, the fee was very reasonable. I appreciate the great service, and patience with a high-maintenance customer.
It’s clicking there now. If you subtract out the shipping time on both ends, I got the last several rods back from Scott in about a week to 10 days. Considering the high quality of the repair, I think that’s outstanding.
