    The date has been set for the 3rd Annual Project Healing Waters 2-Fly Tournement– May 3, 2009.  This is a fun filled event with all proceeds going to PHW and their programs which help injured Vets rehab through fly fishing and fly tying.  You can find more information at http://phw2fly.blogspot.com/

    I plan on helping out, maybe see some of y’all down there. All of the other events around here that I’ve wanted to attend have been during the work day.

    Rob,

    I’ve been in talks with them to start helping with a tying class at some point in the evenings at Walter Reed.

    Douglas, Did Ed Felker help you with the banner design? It looks like his handy work to me.

    Felker is a good man and I am sure he will be there as a volunteer. Make sure you say hello from Joel in Montana.

    Indeed the logo was designed by PHW board member Ed Felker– he is a great artist.  I would ask anyone who wants to help out with the 2-Fly to go to http://www.roseriverfarm.com and send me an email from the address you will find at the site. (I do not want to post an email address on the board and get spamed).  It should be a fantastic day and we can use plenty of help.
