Lauren and I want to say a big thank you to David and Becky Hulsey of Unicoi Outfitters, for inviting us to come and fish Noontootla Creek Farms, which is one of Unicoi’s guide waters.  We had a great time, and I just want to publicly say thank you to David.  He is truly an excellent guide and a blast to fish with.  Really funny guy too.

And I wholeheartedly second Zach’s recommendations: if you are looking for a great guide up there, give David a call (he’s patient and calm when they are called for, great company, and gets really excited about the fish  :)) and Unicoi Outfitters is a really cool shop!
