    Guys,

    My wife decided she would get me a pentax optio for my birthday.

    I have a friend that just purchased a W20 a week or so ago…and ran into much the same problems.

    First…one online dealer he found had somehow taken the factory battery out of the camera and was trying to sell it as an add on for $80.

    I know this is a little late, but I’ve had pretty good luck with Butterfly Photo. In most cases they have good prices and ship quickly. However, be prepared for the call back from a salesman trying to sell you accessories.
