    great photos by the way, gotta love the diversity in the color schemes of those fish, some almost black, some classic browns, and some with few to no spots…great work…

    Great Pics!!! That had to have been an incredible experience.

    I agree that the fins in pic 082 are insane! Very distinctive and seam like they would be on a fish 2-3 times larger in body size.

    Done for the year???

    I sure hope not. I’m just getting starting. In a couple of weeks carp season will kick off and I can start to do some damage.

    Michael,
    I havent check the archives yet, but would you care to share a few carp patterns, I know that big nymphs with lots of life and crayfish immitations are a good starting point, do you have any other suggestions? maybe you could start a thread in the flytying section…
