Hey Dave,
I’ve owned a Storm Front pack for a couple of years and highly recommend it. It comes complete with a padded camera bag insert, which is really useful.
In my opinion there’s two things you should look for in a fishing camera bag: To have easy access to the camera; and secondly, to be fully waterproof. This bag wins on both fronts. I usually carry a DSLR with lens and speedlight attached. I also carry a spare lens and a few other bits and pieces. When I need the camera, everything’s ready to start shooting… no attaching the flash while dealing with a lively fish or standing precariously knee deep in fast water.
It’s also been used in some severe storms in Chrismas Island and PNG and has been dropped overboard my kayak, without any leaks.
Hope that helps.
Cheers
Scott
