A friend and I just returned from a great trip out to WA and OR. I always had a feeling that Oregon was gonna be a favorite of mine when I finally go out there. I was right, a rarity. Oregon was my favorite, although Portland was more than I bargained for, its scenic beauty was reminiscent of my recent trip to Montana, only the Coast was within driving distance. We were blessed to see a lot of wonderful sights and meet some truly wonderful people along the way. I fished for just a day and a half and although I did not land the steelhead I had been obsessing over, I was fortunate enough to catch some lovely bows in the middle Deschutes outside of Bend, OR. Bend, in my opinion, is one of the coolest towns in the country might I add. I have already begun looking for career opportunities out there. In the mean time, here are some of my favorite images. C&C welcome and appreciated. Thanks Gents.
