Observations on Striper Fishing the Hooch

Don’t most of the float tubing anglers on that stretch of the river have a different species of fish in mind? So they are working every “Shoal” and pocket they pass as they float through. Probably not thinking like a striper fishermen. Ups and downs of a diverse fishery.
