Not a small fish

My brother and I have a pond that we fly fish at least once a week for bass. We typically have at least moderate success, but last Friday the catch was slightly less than typical. My brother landed this fish on a seven weight. We were out in the middle of the pond in a boat and finally managed to work it to the shore so he could drag it up to the bank. He took a black clouser tied with synthetic streamer fiber instead of bucktail. Hopefully this works, i have never posted a picture before.
Holy shit. That is all I can say. I’ve caught plenty of cats on fly, but never a big one. I’ve often schemed out plans to catch the big ones. Very nice.
