    All of my experiences with Simms have been nothing, but great! If you really want a reply fast you should try calling them. Nothing takes care of a problem faster then taking to someone directly about it. Let me know if you need the number as have it some where in my files.

    Simms toll free number is 1-888-549-8333. Like I said before, nothing beats talking to someone in person.

    I’m with moosedog on this issue. Simms’ customer service has treated me fairly and promptly on the two occassions I had issues with them.

    Glad to hear the phone number worked out for you! I have gotten to know a few of the people who work at Simms this past year and I know the pride they take in their customer service. Let me know if you need help with any other fishing companies. I have tons of contact numbers!
