Matt JonesMemberHey guys,
I just released my first newsletter (finally). A lot of the photography most of you have probably seen, and the stories are old but I figured I’d showcase it anyways. December 1st will be the next release and will include underwater photography tips as well as a massive Seychelles trip report. If you want to receive simply go to my site and subscribe, otherwise it will always be posted on my “newsletter” page.
Newsletter is here: http://theflyphoto.com/newsletter
Hope you enjoy.
Cheers,
Mattwww.mattjonesphotography.com

The Itinerant AnglerKeep the “newsletter.”

Matt JonesMemberI agree, Zach. While my goal is to release a newsletter quarterly, I know that unless I quit my job, I won’t always have my newsletter filled with exceptional content. Labeling it anything other than “newsletter” would be misleading I think. It’s simply a marketing tool for me and I hope it will open up opportunities so that I can fill it with more content.
Thanks again to everyone’s kind words. It was a lot of work, but very rewarding and I plan to make each release that much better.

Memberwow. you are the man! were you using an underwater housing for the UW shots or a bag like an ewa marine?
Sep 3, 2011 at 9:54 pm #72737
Matt JonesMemberWray, I’m currently using an Ikelite housing for my 30D. I’ll include a product review for everyone in the next newsletter. Thanks for the kind words!

Matt JonesMemberWray – yes, everything else was shot on a 30D. It’s a royal beating having to take the camera out of the housing when I want to shoot regular. For that reason, I’m getting a 7D soon to carry along in the Seychelles.
