Need Tripod Head

Anyone have experience with a gimbal-type tripod head? I have a 400mm f3.5 Nikkor that weights about 6 pounds. I need a heavy duty head like a Wimberley or King Cobra.
Looking for recommendations…or better yet, anyone know where I can find a used one?

PS….this lens is amazing! Here’s a photo of a hummer from about 30 feet away using a monopod. I can’t wait to try it on a gimbal and tripod.
