    Drifter,
my wife just read the thread and I’m now under even more duress. She says she’s even more upset, and if you make it $1500 you got a deal.
I may not be the brightest fly in the box, but she’s got some brains!

I am Scott man, and that is a rare find, but unlike the rest of the crowed trying to swine you out of a couple of bucks, I think you need to bring it to my place for a proper evaluation and a little fish… then I shall have to take you to some really great spots to fish it… then…

From the look of where the writing is, and its style, it seems to be from around the mid, to late 90’s and if I remember it was a rod that fitted between the Alpha (SaS) and the STS, the Alpha (SaS) being an entry level rod, with a medium action, I have a jem of a 5w, 8’6”, and the STS was a supper fast premium rod, the look of your stick put it into the premium range, and my thoughts are you got a medium fast beauty… great find, if you ever need to part with it, please may I be first on the list???

I will check with my local importer, he keeps all the catalogs, I am sure I will find in his office…
