Anyone tried making a craft fur brush??   I have tried polar fur and a sparse craft fur.  I just cant get it to not bunch up.  I made a jig for it and tried the power drill. I have been using small ultra wire.  I need to pick up a dubbing spinner to try it with just thread and stacking the fur then spinning it.   Link below on where I got the idea..  Granato’s flies all look pretty sick. This one stood out to me because I want other options to create a head that will push water on some muskie flies.  Let me know if you guys have any thoughts or suggestions with it.

I tried it and had problems with my wire breaking.

A very slow speed is best for twisting. Use the lowest speed on a variable power drill. A Dremel tool works better for me.
