    :)Has anyone here tried any of the Loop Tackle products, rods or reels?  I just came across their website and they have some interesting stuff.  I wonder how they cast.

    I have just bought two of their new Multi rods, a 9′ #4 and a 9’6 #6 !
    These are truly great rods, along with the Greyline-series the best i’ve tried from Loop ever !
    I’m pretty sure you won’t find better rods for singelhand speycast

    Loop manufactures good stuff, but it does so in SE Asia.

    David:

    Kurt Danielsson was the original maker of the Loop reel in the early 80s and his son Tomas is continuing to manufacture them in Sweden.

    I saw one of these with his brand on it recently, and they are extremely nice. They are rather hard to get hold of however as the demand outstrips his ability to supply.
