My buddy and I are planning on going to British Columbia next year and was wondering if anyone has info on it. We are looking to do a week on our own, with maybe hiring a guide for a day or two. If anyone has any info I would appreciate. We are looking for anytime after April till the end of the year.
    Thanks,

    Mike

    Hi Mike-

BC is pretty huge with a ton of different fly fishing possibilities from salt to stillwater to creek.

may want to try the forum here to ask about more specific goals you have and get some leads.

    hope that helps a little

Thanks Will, I will check that site out. What I’m looking for is info on steelhead fishing. I really want to focus on rivers such as the Skeena, Skagit, Kispiox, Dean, and their tribs.

    Will,

I came across that sight last night. I may have to get on it now since I read about the highly regulated guiding laws. Thanks again.

    Michael,

http://www.washingtonflyfishing.com is another site that has a TON of pacific northwest steelhead fanatics on it.

    Good luck,

The Skeena and her tribs are the game plan now. Probably late October first part of November.

Heck we still need to fish in the GL. I have been on fire this past month every time I have gone out I have nailed a fish on the swing. I have been out fishing the spawn dunkers and it has been sweet. Still need to hit the Muskegon. Have been kicking the idea of going with Feenstra this spring but not sure yet.
