LL Bean Magalloway vest

If anyone is in the market for a new vest you might want to take a look at the LL Bean Magalloway. After much research, I ordered mine last week. It is the only vest I could find that is made out of a water proof/resistant material. It feels and looks much like what any of the various breathable wading jackets do. This was the deal sealer for me becasue I like to wear my vest outside of my wading jacket. I tested it with the hose and if not completely water proof, it is very resistant. Like all LL bean gear that I have accumulated, it is very well made, with high attention to detail. It comes with two nice zingers and has more than ample room to hold the ridiculous amount of gear I carry. The sizing is right on. I wear a L-XL shirt and ordered the vest XL to fit over heavy winter clothing and it will be perfect over a couple layers of fleece and my jacket. The best part is that it was $96.00 shipped and you never have to worry about not being satisfied with Bean gear.
