OK, I’m back from Italy and can commit to the swap.  If there is enough interest, I will organize it.  I would say a minimum of 10 with an open pattern.  

You guys that haven’t tied much, this is a great way to improve your technique, because you tie the same fly over and over.  Everyone gets one of each of the flies, so if there is one that’s a little rough, it doesn’t really matter.

Sign up over the next 10 days.  After that we will have 30 days to tie.  Remember if you commit to do it, you are commited.  Once we have everyone signed up, I will set the date for completion and arrange to get you my address.
