I will be attending a business conference in Las Vegas at the end of the month and I am keen to try and squeeze in a day fishing.

If you’re not opposed to a drive, you can always hit Southern Utah. Great time of year for big fish. Three or four hour drive from Vegas, depending on where you go.

Fly fishing in vegas lake is very enjoyable. As there are fresh water and
salted one which promote the fishing environment. The fish are also very
healthy and tasty from such water.

I will be attending a business conference in Las Vegas at the end of the month and I am keen to try and squeeze in a day fishing.  From what I can make out Lake Mead may be the best option but I am having trouble finding a guide service that caters to fly fishing. I am hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction/

    thanks, Malcolm

Is it the Surfaces trade convention?

Nope conference was back in October 2012. Over and done with. Managed to get out on Lake Mead with Capt. Mark Edison to get some stripers and small mouth.
