got my first time out on the water for the new year…and armed with a bunch of new gear, myself and 2Fly hit the water…my mission today was to break in my new TFO Axiom 9′ 5wt 4pc that I just got finished building this past week…Ill post the goodies about the rod later in the rod building forum…for the report though, we got out there and saw FishontheBrain and he was getting into some good fish a little downstream from us…i immediatly got into some fish landing 2 bows, then 2fly landed a nice 16″ bow…after that the bite turned completely off, for the next 2 hours i missed 2 and that was it…all in all it was a great time on the water…
