Howdy! I was pointed to this board by my friend Aaron. Seems like a good board. Many very talented photogs here. I’m living in Charlotte, NC these days after having spending the last 30 years roaming the states and some parts of the world.
I am a professional photographer myself, mostly editorial and commercial stuff these days. I’ve been a war photographer, a pro sports photographer, a fashion photographer, a newspaper photographer, just a ton of different experiences. My style and training are in the photojournalism realm, but I own and know how to use enough lights to light up a stadium! I started out in film and with darkrooms as many of us of a certain ago did. I was lucky in that as I was graduating college, each internship and job I went to was just starting to scan film and use photoshop or get into digital, so I received a ton of training early on. Been using PS since PS1! I have never been a guide, but have hired a few. I always take a camera fishing/hiking/boating, well, everywhere really, and this year started building a portfolio for the outdoor retail market ( like there aint enough of youse already! )

Lando, I can’t wait to get back! It was a great time. I ‘almost’ wished I had fished that last day. Almost.
