    I wonder what this little guy would be saying…

    I took this pic a couple of days ago at a small lake close to home.

    I think that ‘gill was in the middle of saying, “OHHHHHH SHHHHIIIITTTT!!!!”….” when you snapped that photograph.

    Great photo Graham!!

    What lens and camera were you using? I’m guessing an autofocus zoom of about 400mm???

    I’m glad you like the shot, and thanks for your comments!

    I used a D200 with a 70-200mm f/2.8 with a TC 1.4, and luckily the cormorants were hunting very close to the shore.

    Thank you Zach, I had a feeling the 17-55 would be the best lens to keep on the camera for fish photos.

    I do expect a number of fish to be caught this year, mostly beautiful brownies.

    Wow Graham! Those are some HUGE brown trout!! What the hell are they feeding those things in NY? They must have some high in fat bugs flying around to make those big boys so FAT!
