    When cousins marry.
    I’ve caught a fish like that a few years back with a stoved in nose. It looked like Bubba Gump.

    Yes, we have our share of ugly trout here in NZ. Searching the archive looking for “Bubba” I found this guy as well.

    I think that’s a congenital deformity, not some kind of injury, so he would have lived with it his whole life and presumably adapted.
