    Hey guys –

This site has the ability to accept avatars or personal graphics that go below your name. Some of you have already taken advantage but I thought I’d write some instructions in case that was holding you back.

First, log in. Then, go to your personal profile by clicking your name, which is in large letters in green just above the ‘Log Out’ button on the lower left of each page. (This is also where our personal messages link is held).

Once you’ve brought up your Profile, click “edit” on the lower left.

While you’re in your profile, please go ahead and fill in your First and Last names (or use an initial) and then drop down the drop down box to select the capitalization you want to use. I’ve been doing this for a lot of you when I get time.

Scroll down to the “Avatar” section and click the “upload file” button. This part is a little weird, because *NOTHING WILL HAPPEN UNTIL YOU PRESS “UPDATE PROFILE”* at the bottom of the menu. Then the avatar will upload and any changes you made will be saved.

That’s it! The good thing about the avatar feature is that it automatically resizes your image, so you don’t need to worry about file size. You may want to choose an avatar that is a SQUARE SHAPE however so it lays out correctly.

Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.
