Hilton Head Island — Guide Recommendations

I am headed to Hilton Head Island in late May with my wife and two daughters. We are staying in the Shipyards Plantation area of the island. I want to get out for two mornings with a guide, and my youngest (11yo) indicates she wants to tag along on one of the mornings. This will be my first salt trip.
Can anyone give me some guide recommendations for the area? I am assuming redfish, but any other species to target?
We are going to stop off in the smokys on the way out there as well, so it is shaping up to be a solid family vacation for me.

Ended up booking two trips with Capt. Kai Williams when we are out there; based on a pm recommendation from a forum member. In about a month or so I will share the lowdown on my first trip to the salt.
