    Pete,

There are a number of hotels in West with conference/meeting facilities.

The stagecoach is pretty neat, and has room with a restaurant/bar downstairs if you want nostalgia and want to stay in town. There are also more modern best western/super 8 and a few other options on the south side of downtown.
I spent about half a year in west a few summers ago and I loved the fishing but not so much the town. Its surroundings are great and there are some great people there but its a different breed compared to towns like Dillon, Bozeman or Livingston.

I’ll second with Mike on the 320 Guest ranch.

I would check out the Faithful Street Inn. The have some condos as well as some much larger units that will accomodate a lot of people. The owner, Glenn Bell, is also a great guide. I’ve fished with him twice and highly recommend him.  http://faithfulstreetinn.com/ http://flyfishwestyellowstone.com/

Of course, there’s also the Old Faithful Inn itself, inside the Park, which is maybe 35-45 minutes from West Yellowstone.

I’d add to all of this that you might consider renting out a couple of large houses/lodges.
