Heddon #50 Deluxe President Bamboo

I have a Heddon #50 Deluxe President Bamboo fly rod that is an 8.5′ #2 ferrule (trout rod) ‘E’ weight (5wt.) 3pc. rod with an extra tip section, so 4 pieces total. The rod was professionally refinished/restored by Jim Beasley (http://troutunderground.com/2007/12/10/the-southeastern-perfectionist-part-i-bamboo-fly-rod-builder-james-beasley/) in ’94 or ’95 and fished lightly since then. I would say it is in the 8.5 to 9.0 range condition-wise with some minor nicks here and there but no major blemishes. It is in its original sock and tube, though the sock and tube have seen better days.
2 or 3 ‘experts’ have told me I could get $500 for it, but I’m asking 4 bills…
