Heading to Kona and Kuaii in mid oct for my honeymoon. I understand there is a bonefish fishery and sails and tuna are available. anyone ever get em on the fly in HI?

we only saw one bonefish on our trip. we hung out with some locals who caught one and gutted it on the beach. the stomach was full of nickel sized light pink crabs. this was the best flat

to get there – take the road to the dead end at Anini Beach, Kilauea.

we caught one jack off the beach near barking sands, 4wd is required

here is my list of beaches from 2001 http://robsnowhite.com/kauai.html
the list was compiled from various websites and books
links to my images no longer work.
