    They aren’t.  Did you get a waxed one?  I had a little, um, help packing these and the quality control by “the other party” may not have been perfect.  :

    I ordered 2 low hat unwaxed hats and got the waxed ones instead.
    Can I send them back for exchange?

    I think there are number of refueling stops, normal shipping from the States is about 3 weeks, so no pannic yet…

    I heard that pirates were tipped off that the hats were in a certain shipping container.
